We’re tying the knot in a small ceremony in London the week before, but now it’s time to celebrate in style!
We would be thrilled to have you join us for an evening of drinks, dancing, and laughter as we mark this special moment in our lives. Let’s create unforgettable memories together with all the people we hold dear. Your presence would mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
6pm - Village hall opens to guests

7pm - Bride & Groom arrive for the first dance
We will start the evening with the first dance, and photos.
7.30 pm - Food, Drinks and Dancing
We’re planning to have a fish and chip van to keep things deliciously simple!
There won’t be a charged bar, so feel free to bring your own drinks if you’d like. We’ll also have a selection of beers, wines, and soft drinks available for everyone to enjoy.
Kindly RSVP by 1st April to help us finalise guest numbers and ensure everything is perfectly planned for the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Traveling and Hotels
Travelling by Car
Old Basing Village Hall is easily accessible from the M3 at Junction 6 and offers plenty of parking for all guests.
Travelling by Train
If you’re arriving via Basingstoke Train Station, taxis are readily available. You’ll find a black cab taxi rank at the station, or you can use Alpha Cars for your journey.
Hotels
We suggest staying at the Village Gym and Hotel, located just a short taxi ride from Old Basing Hall.
